On-Site Merchandise Management - or 'Local Sellers' is a fast paced responsibility that Prplei takes seriously and our crews take pride in providing the best service, friendly service and even more importantly accurate service to each of our clients and events.
Our Approach
We believe that when we are on-site selling product for an event, while Prplei may be who our staff works for, for that day, our crews are a part of our client's team and therefore represent them. When all is said and done, a customer isn't going to leave the merchandise table thinking 'that Prplei representative was horrible' - they'll think the representative was the venue or the event - and that is one thing we never want to have happen.
Our Services
We utilize the state of the art atVenu software system for all of our events. This enables our on-site manager to know exactly what is going on at every moment of the event and to reallocate product or staff to various stands or areas if needed so that we can maximize sales.
