Parking Management

Crowded stadium parking lot with many cars and people.

There is no secret - Parking Management is complex, but VERY important

Your guests first and last impression of your event is how they made it to the event, the traffic they dealt with, and how easy it was to leave. Prplei's team has years of experience of designing parking lot ingress and egress plans to minimize frustration, while ensuring a safe, smooth operation for the guests, and the staff involved.

Many organizations overlook just how important a smooth operation is - too many frustrated guests arriving late due to parking issues and you may start to lose some of your fanbase.

Operational Planning

Detailed Site Visit

A true ingress and egress plan begins with a detailed site visit. While on-site, our team reviews all options to help with the traffic flow, thinking out of the box is our specialty and what helps to create that unique option that helps everything run cohesively.

From here, we can create a detailed plan - some events require just a simple Google Maps screenshot and some arrows, some require detailed CAD drawings based on route options and geographical details.

Training

Regardless of how detailed your plan is, it becomes almost worthless without staff on site that are trained in not only the 'norm' but what the potential pressure points may be and how to adapt to keep things running smoothly.

Re-Evaluate and Adapt

Even if you are managing events at the same facility, in the same parking lots, on similar type days - the beauty of live events is how unpredictable they are and how people change. One weekend more people might come in personal vehicles, the next, mass transit. Re-evaluating how the flow is going and being able to adapt on the fly is what sets our team apart.

Partnership in Promotion

While on-site staff can greatly assist in ensuring a smooth operation - our team works with event organizers on providing content to push out to event attendees in advance of event day. This allows the guests to arrive well informed and knowledgable of just how to get to where they are going.

The Legendary BoontFling

Levi's Stadium - 49ers

Our General Manager, Tim Pasisz, served as Parking Coordinator for Levi's Stadium, the home of the San Francisco 49ers for several seasons. Known to have a very complex parking layout, Tim played a key role in modifying some of the traffic flow and parking routes for the primary parking lots, therefore increasing ingress and egress traffic flow and making for much happier guests, especially following a 49ers win!

OTB Open

The Legendary BoontFling

Levi's Stadium - 49ers

Known as the premier professional disc golf event in Northern California, Prplei staff have designed a comprehensive parking plan that incorporates 3 different lots on a golf course ensuring both the safety of the guests and minimizing guest impact as they park and enter the event.

The Legendary BoontFling

Hosting an event in a rural community, at a facility not necessarily designed to serve as a host of a large-scale event can be a complex operation in and of itself. Add to the mix a combination of overnight campers, RVs, and day event attendees all while the business stays open for normal operation and you have a complex, yet manageable and fun challenge.
